Your Rights
Depending on applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to personal information maintained by the Service Provider, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request its deletion. If you wish to exercise these rights or revoke consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, you can contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to understand what categories of personal information are collected, request deletion of applicable personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. Requests concerning CCPA/CPRA rights can be submitted to the Service Provider at [email protected].
The Service Provider may use information submitted by you to provide important service-related messages, legally required notifications, and, where permitted under applicable law, promotional or marketing communications.
To provide and maintain an effective experience within the Application, the Service Provider may sometimes ask you to provide information that can identify you. Any information requested for these purposes will be handled, stored, and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
Information that is aggregated or anonymized may periodically be provided to external service providers for purposes such as analyzing performance, maintaining functionality, and helping the Service Provider improve the Application and related services. Where appropriate, the Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties as explained in this Privacy Policy.

- to trusted service providers performing authorized tasks for the Service Provider, provided that they are not permitted to independently use the disclosed information and are required to follow applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent additional information from being collected from your mobile device by removing the Application through the standard uninstall process provided by your device. Uninstalling the Application prevents further collection through the Application itself, but information previously transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party providers may remain subject to their applicable retention practices.
If you wish to request deletion of personal information, withdraw previously provided consent, or exercise another applicable privacy right, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

The Service Provider keeps information only according to the purposes for which it was collected and applicable retention requirements:
- User Provided Data: Retained while you use the Application and for up to 12 months after your use ends, unless a longer period is legally required
- Automatically Collected Data: Generally retained for no more than 24 months after it is collected, unless additional retention is necessary for legal or regulatory purposes
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained without a defined expiration period because it cannot reasonably be used to identify you

You may submit a request to have your personal information deleted, subject to situations where retention is required by law or otherwise permitted. If you want User Provided Data submitted through the Application to be deleted, contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Certain information may need to be retained where it is necessary for the proper operation or security of the Application.
Children
The Application is not designed for children younger than 13 years old, or for any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.
If parental or guardian permission is required by applicable law, the Application should not be used without obtaining the required permission. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems without undue delay. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that the appropriate steps can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of information handled through the Application. Appropriate physical, technical, electronic, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information that the Service Provider collects, processes, and retains.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security incident involving personal information, the Service Provider will provide notifications when required by applicable law. Such notification may include relevant information concerning the nature of the incident and the measures being taken to investigate, contain, and address it.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable requirements, technology, services, or privacy practices. When significant changes are made, the Service Provider will publish the revised Privacy Policy together with an updated effective date. Where legally required, consent will be requested before material changes become applicable.

Your Consent
When consent is required as the basis for processing, you give consent by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature or provide the requested permission. You may revoke that consent at any time, although such withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal. Information processed under another lawful basis will continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
